Q. How much postage and packaging do you charge?

A. All orders at Nutri-Supplements qualify for free postage at £30. Below this figure postage is £2.95

 

Q. Do you deliver outside the UK?

A. We only deliver within the United Kingdom at the moment.

 

Q. I've placed an order but it hasn't turned up with 5 working days.

A. Please accept our apologies but items can occasionally get lost in the postal service. If this is the case then please email us at Info@Nutri-Supplements.co.uk with the details or your order.

 

Q. I've placed an order but have placed the wrong address on the order by mistake.

A. Please get in touch with us ASAP and if the item hasn't been despatched we will change the address. If the item has been despatched then you will need to wait until the item has been returned and we will despatch to the correct address.

 

Q. Do you provide any sample packs?

A. Unfortunately we don't but it may be possible to contact the manufacturer directly and get sample items if they're available.

 

Q. Do you have any physical shops I can visit?

A. We only have an internet presence which allows us to minimize costs and try to offer the best prices to our customers.

 

Q. Can I order over the phone?

A. To minimize costs we don't offer telephone ordering at the moment, this is reflected in the prices we can offer.
