Should your order arrive damaged or you would like to return an item please follow these steps:

1) Log into your account

2) Select your "Completed Orders"

3) Click on the “Return Items” button which will guide you through the process.

Alternatively, please send us an email on the Contact Us page with details of why you want to return the item back. Once your request has been processed we will issue you with a returns number and the details of where to return the item back to. 

Please note: Items can only be returned if unopened unless the product is faulty. 

If returned, customers have the choice of a replacement or full refund.

The customer is liable for postage if they ordered the product incorrectly. 

If the wrong item has been despatched we will send out Self Addressed Envelope (SAE) for you to return the item.

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase.
